At Visionline, we believe a fireplace should do more than just look beautiful — it should work smarter, heat better, and save you money. That’s why we’ve developed our new Insulated Zero Clearance Case — a next-generation solution designed for ultimate efficiency, comfort, and safety in your home.
Traditional fireplace zero clearance enclosures can waste valuable heat, limit where you can install them, and compromise efficiency. Our Insulated Zero Clearance Case changes all of that. Its premium-grade insulation encased in a twin wall galvanised casing allows for the heat generated whilst burning the fireplace to be captured and returned directly into the living space. Our unique relief vent system brings over 30% of the heat normally lost through air cooled flue casings back into where you want it – heating the home.

In house testing showed no heat output difference between a freestanding unit and the IZC install whereas a typical air cooled zero clearance installation reduces the heating capacity from 300m2 to 220m2.
Every fire needs oxygen to burn efficiently — and our patent-pending air intake system exclusively utilising the advanced AFS+ flue system delivers it in exactly the right way. This clever design ensures your fireplace gets a balanced amount of air for combustion, producing a cleaner burn, more heat, and less wasted fuel.
This is perfect for high star rated homes where combustion air for the fireplace may be restricted but also for any home looking to increase heat retention in the home and reduce cold drafts.
The result? Lower running costs, more consistent warmth, and a better overall heating experience.

The Visionline Insulated Zero Clearance Case isn’t just a box for your fireplace — it’s a performance upgrade for your entire home heating experience. By combining smart design with innovative, patent-pending technology, it ensures you enjoy more warmth, less waste, and greater comfort all winter long.
