I have a VisionLine Fire Pit that is easily the best fire pit I have used. The efficiency of the unit is amazing with virtually no ash after multiple fires. I am in a seaside location so contacted Jetmaster Heat & Glo to source a cover to protect it from salt spray and they were extremely helpful. Very happy with the service.

If you are looking for heating solutions the range is amazing. We thought we had our measurements right but need to confirm before to make sure we get the right one. They can get someone to do it for you but my husband is a bit of a DYI man. Lol

Thankyou Brent and Sam for going above and beyond to rectify an installation that had been done incorrectly (and dangerously).
They were polite, extremely easy to deal with, prompt, and I was impressed with their product knowledge.
They attended once to assess the situation, and again to rectify it.
(A 3 hour round trip each time).
Brent liased directly with my builder to rectify the situation.
I would highly recommend this company for their attention to detail and caring approach.

Not only did they save me money by not making me buy a new fire screen as they said they could fix it, they didn't even charge me for the service.This does not happen often but when it does it certainly brightens up your day, especially in these crazy times.

We had an issue with our 7 yo Quadrafire (which we didn't buy through them) and Ash and Gary at Jetmaster were absolutely fantastic. Honestly I can't recall getting better service anywhere. They know their product, moved on our issue very quickly and sorted things out well beyond what we were expecting. Can't recommend the team at Jetmaster highly enough.

Had problem with a gas leak on a Sunday, was not able to contact the company that installed gas log fire on the Friday. So contacted Jetmaster & was told to get fixed & that any costs would be looked after. They would sort out with the installing company. Was able to get an emergency plumber & problem was fixed. Installing company contacted me on Monday, just asked that I send account from emergency plumber & they would reimburse me. So very happy with overall response from both companies.

Today Gary from Jet Master visited our property to service our Quadra log heater, it became apparent quickly that Gary was an expert in his game, he spent extra time making sure my wife and I were clear on how to best operate the heater, I must mention he is a great bloke too. After several discussions we found ourselves talking about many and varied subjects. In particular lifestyle topics, soon we found ourselves bartering and exchanging homemade and home grown goods, Gary makes and awesome Chilli Sauce and smoked Chicken drumsticks. If you need support with your firebox Gary is your guy!

Had a small issue with the Jetmaster fireplace installed by our builder, we went to the store for some advice and were so glad we did. Both Roy and another guy who served us were extremely friendly and helpful. Rather than making us go through the builder, they arranged to have our issue resolved quickly and effectively. We were really impressed with their after-sale service needless to say :)

Rarely have I encountered a salesperson more knowledgeable about her product. She immediately understood our requirements and quickly recommended appropriate models for the job. Great Service - I had issues getting my Heat & Glo to turn on and off. I called Jetmaster to book a service and explained the issues I was having. It was suggested the remote could be the problem. They offered to test the remote at no cost, so I drove in to see them in Richmond and Harrison checked it out on the spot. The remote was the issue and heater is now working perfectly. In trying to help me over the phone and then offer to test the remote before coming out to my home, I have saved hundreds on potential call out fees. That is what service is all about. Get it fixed quickly and do the right thing by your customer by not over charging them with wasted call out fees. Thanks Harrison & Jetmaster

Bought a new gas heater for our new house wasn't cheap didn't use it the first winter started using it this winter and after two weeks didn't work, being the caring daughter I wanted the issue resolved ASAP. Without going into detail and much back and forth I had a fantastic technician come and fix it!! Very happy customer and will be making sure I get it serviced every two years to make sure my parents continue to enjoy their beautiful gas heater!!

Was in the market for months for an all round gas log fire. I have absolutely no regrets choosing Jetmaster Heat & Glo. Not only are their units state of the art, both aesthetically and functionally, but the service the company provides is outstanding. Their customer representative Anthony (who is highly knowledgeable in all their products) went above and beyond to assist me with various queries I had on the product, and really provided that personal touch. Our gas fire is about 10 years old and is working as well as the day it was installed. It is a feature in our family room and has good heating ability.We ensure our fire is serviced around once a year to keep it running like new.

We recently purchased & had installed a Heat & Glo Mezzo 1300 & we love it. The brilliant thing about this gas log fire is that its only only looks amazing (even when not lit you can run the LED lights for a great effect) but it really does a great job of heating up our family room / kitchen area which has been prefect while we are in this in between season.
We can't wait for the real cool weather to set in so we can really test the 4 star performance of the unit. Would highly recommend
